Judy joined Leo Burnett Toronto in 1999 as Chief Creative Officer, adding the CEO title in 2011. She sits on the network’s global Creative Council.
Under her direction, LB Toronto gained global recognition, including: world’s most awarded billboard campaign in 2009; Titanium, Grand Prix & Glass Lions at Cannes 2015; first-ever digital Black Pencil at D&AD 2006 and a 2nd Black Pencil in 2015; an Emmy for Outstanding Commercial 2015, and Strategy Agency of the Year 2014 & 2015. The Gunn Report ranks LB Toronto #1 Agency in Canada and 22 globally.
Business Insider ranked Judy #8 in their 30 Most Creative People in Advertising in 2015. She was named to Advertising Age's Creativity50 - the Most Creative People of the Year. Judy has judged top international shows, including chairing Cannes, Clio and ADC juries.
Everything from Judy’s work ethic to her management style, she learned from years of waiting tables and packing take-out orders at her parents' restaurant.

David joined Leo Burnett as an Account Executive in 2000. He has risen through the ranks to his current position of Chief Operating Officer. He’s a born and bred Burnetter.
During his tenure, David has led major accounts – such as Bell, IKEA, Yellow Pages and Visa – that require clear strategic leadership and significant volume across their business.
David is passionate about creating business-building, award-winning work. That passion also extends to ensuring excellence in not just the work, but how we work as an agency. He’s a natural leader who can both build and lead multi-functional teams.

Brent Nelsen is, in his own words, powered by “passion, progress, culture and caffeine.” He has been a major force in Leo Burnett’s ability to deliver great planners on their business and the agency’s record in effectiveness competitions.
Leo Burnett is the only agency in Canada to have won big at all the North American effectiveness competitions: the CASSIEs, the EFFIEs, the David Ogilvy Awards and the Jay Chiat awards.
Prior to joining Leo Burnett Canada as SVP Planning Director, Brent held the position of SVP Planning Director at DDB Chicago and SVP Planning Director at McCann Erickson World Group in New York.

Lisa is recognized as one of Canada’s leading advertising and design talents.
Over the past three years, Lisa’s team has won every major international award including Cannes, the One Show and D&AD.
In 2012 and 2014, her leadership helped earn Leo Burnett’s recognition as the ADCC’s Design Studio of the Year. The talent of the agency runs deep: Leo Burnett Toronto also achieved international recognition by winning the Young Guns Design Agency of the Year.
